Mod Da God hasn't given us much info on him, but his new record, "IAWITIA," appears to be from an upcoming EP of the same name, standing for I Am What I Think I Am. The rapper describes the song as "Music with a message," and it certainly has what some might call a conscious feel, but never comes close to preachy, mainly because Mod sounds humble and sincere throughout, never patronizing. Apart from some engaging bars, he provides some catchy backing vocals, complimented by a very crisp instrumental, that sounds much larger than it should.
