Luckily, Mila's luscious good looks are only the start of the attractions here. "Pain In My Heat" is a tranquil, Eastern-flavored cut based around a loop of a foreign string instrument. The video's shot almost entirely on the beach, with Mila wading in the water and luxuriating in the sand, and Problem hopping in the frame for his guest verse.
