NPR kicks off a new documentary series, "Noteworthy," with r'n'b singer Miguel.

Today we get a new documentary bringing us inside Miguel's home life, and showing us how his day-to-day life inspires and influences his music. The documentary comes via NPR, who are kicking off their new "Noteworthy" series with the L.A.-based singer.

It starts off with a peak inside Miguel's Los Angeles home. Miguel discusses his wallpaper of legends (Salvador Dali, Albert Einstein, among others have their faces plastered all over his wall), details his song-making process with producer Salaam Remi, reminisces about his family moments on Venice Beach, his first time songwriting, and much more in the 12-minute documentary. Check it out.
