The Get Down is an upcoming Netflix Original Series that will focus on the pioneers of Hip-Hop, taking place in the Bronx in the 1970s, and if the premise of the show hasn't already won you over, the soundtrack should. Today, Miguel, has shared a disco-inflected record for teh show, premiered on Ebro's Beats 1 Radio show today. The OST will also feature music from Grandmaster Flash, Raury, and Nas - who also contributed to the raps written for the show.
The first 6 episodes of the show will be shared all at once on August 12th. More songs will be premiered throughout next week, before it is released as an Apple Music exclusive album for a limited time.
