If it weren't for the weird for-pay nature of Drake's new "mixtape" then all five of these tracks would come from the 6 God. That's not to say the rest of the week was terrible. Our Top 100 chart contained a number of notable tracks.  Standouts this week included Migos, Big Sean, Chance The Rapper and OT Genasis. Take a look at the list and feel free to suggest your own top tracks in the comments.

The GuWop Effect: A History Of Gucci Mane's Co-Signs

Gucci Mane has been sculpting talent, and promoting new artists since the beginning his career, but it's only over the last couple of years that he's been recognized as a great A&R. Part of that is because following his most recent incarceration in September 2013, we saw many of the young artists he was working with at the time earn Atlanta the title of rap's most exciting city once again.

Usually, donating some money to a charitable cause isn't something you can criticize, but in Migos' case, people found a way to hate on their choice to give $1000 to an Atlanta high school. Yesterday, the trio posted a picture on their Instagram (below) of them and some other Quality Control artists holding a giant check made out to Booker T.

Top 10 Songs To Turn Up To For New Year's Eve

New year's is here, and thus begins the annual ritual. A few trips to the liquor store to grab the bottle. Texting and calling friends to find out where the turn-up is at. Going crazy enough to celebrate the end of one year, while trying to not screw yourself already for the next 365 days. Rinse and repeat a year later.

Migos & Bobby Shmurda Announce "Shmigo Gang" Mixtape
    Dec 16, 2014 at 09:45am
Migos and Bobby Shmurda both had pretty big years, with Bobby earning his big breakthrough, while Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset polished their formula, and strengthened their healthy fanbase. Another thing the acts shared in common was an extremely catchy take on street rap, so it makes sense that they've decided to join forces in the new year.

    Review: Migos' "Rich Nigga Timeline"
    Nov 17, 2014 at 02:26pm
For some reason or another, my timeline has recently been bombarded with a ton of Tweets and Instagram posts claiming that the Migos are better than The Beatles. As most logical rap fans can attest, there are definitely better ways to champion the trio as leaders of this new school in rap than to compare them with arguably the greatest group in the history of popular music. But as outrageous as it sounds, that outlandish claim would be slightly justifiable if their latest release, Rich Nigga Timeline was a stellar offering.

"Migos > The Beatles." You've probably seen that statement, or others like it, on your Twitter feed in the past month or so. What started as a joke to piss off rockists has snowballed into an internet-wide movement, and one that's caught the ears of the ATL trio themselves. When we recently interviewed the group, we asked if the comparisons held any water, and Quavo could see some similarities.
