When rappers drop a freestyle on LA Leakers, they must come correct. It doesn't matter if it is a written or an actual freestyle, what matters is that the bars hit hard. Several rappers have laid down impressive verses while visiting DJ sourMILK, but Mickey Factz may have just elevated the competition to a whole new level.
This is undoubtedly a contender for best freestyle of the year. Factz dropped by the LA Leakers to drop off a few bars and his performance can be ranked as immaculate. He goes in over DJ Premier's remix of Showbiz and A.G.’s “Next Level.” Factz begins with an amusing double entendre before his rhymes grow to become more complex by the minute. "Before I sauté and parlay words/ gotta make sure I drink from the heart-shaped herd/ when M see you, gloves is on," raps Factz cleverly referencing the MCU and Black Panther in one fell swoop.
Factz goes in for nearly four minutes, delivering metaphor after metaphor while impressing the hosts. "Ask my bro Kendrick, he'll say 'DAMN'/ ask Caitlyn Jenner, she'll say 'man,'" jokes Factz as he settles into his flow. This will be a hard act to follow.
