Method Man talks about his upcoming solo LP, and as well says that a Wu-Tang Clan reunion will happen.
Method Man has remained pretty quiet on the music-front over the past year, but now that we're in a new year, can we expect the Wu-Tang Clan member to get back on his grind? In a new interview, Method Man speaks on his impending fifth studio album, Crystal Meth, and where he is at with it. He also discusses, as is mandatory for all interviews with Wu-Tang members, the possibility of one last Wu-Tang album.
Method Man says honestly that he's been working, extremely slowly, on Crystal Meth. "I'ma start work soon...I'm doing it at my own pace, which is slow as shit. I'ma keep it 100, I gotta get my ass off the couch. I write a verse every now and then and shit. It's like, you gotta have a real listener to appreciate what you're doing. I don't just want someone to be like, 'I like the beat,' I hate that shit, or 'I like the hook,' there's so much more to it than that."
As for a Wu-Tang Clan album, Method Man sounds pretty confident that it will come to fruition. Only time will tell when. RZA has previously spoke at length on what needs to happen for a reunion to occur. "I already spoke to RZA and shit, it'll probably happen. Definitely."
