For the calorie counting daredevils among us.

As extremism spreads worldwide, the fast food industry adapts, finding stranger and more decadent ways to satisfy the devolving human. McDonald's Italy may have just hit a vital nerve, introducing the "Sweety con Nutella" AKA The Nutella Burger, a new and delectable way to die.

McDonald's Italy made the news via Facebook on Thursday, and the post has been shared approximately 100,000 times. Unfortunately for Americans, the Nutella Burger will only be available in Italy, another great reason to flee the country. Here's how McDonald's Italy describes the product: “A soft sweetness has arrived that you will not be able to resist. Try Sweety with Nutella now: soft bread with a creamy, indulgent center."

If you live in Italy or can somehow get to Italy, you'll have to let us know how she tastes. If not, just try to consume as much audiovisual Nutella Burger content as physically possible. It's less likely to result in cardiac arrest.
