When it comes to breakfast foods, there are so many more options for eating out today than a few years ago. Fast food chains almost exclusively used to serve lunch and dinner items but now, almost every restaurant has menu options for breakfast. McDonald's is always a quick option for when you're getting home from a late night or if you just crave some of their greasy goodness and they're looking to expand even further into the breakfast business with a new item.

A few years ago, the chain introduced All-Day Breakfast and now, they're making the menu a little larger by introducing a new breakfast sandwich for the first time in five years. The menu at McDonald's doesn't change too often - sometimes there will be a limited-time-only offer but for the most part, breakfast is composed of their McMuffin, McGriddles, hot cakes, and happy meals. They decided to spice things up a little (not literally) and add the Triple Breakfast Stacks. The new item will make its way onto the menu on November 1, according to CNN. Here's the rundown on what to expect: we've got two slices of American cheese, two sausage patties, bacon, and an egg to top everything off. The new sandwiches are available on either a biscuit, McMuffin, or McGriddle bun.

The new menu item was introduced in an attempt to bring Americans back to McDonald's for breakfast after the corporate powers realized that fewer people are eating at their chains. They're banking on the fact that the bigger sandwiches will get people back in their restaurants. Are you copping one next month?
