In September, we stumbled upon Mathaius Young's "Go" record on SoundCloud, and co-signed it with a little post on the site. The Drayco McCoy-featured song had a melodic beat and a catchy hook-- two things that are missing from his follow-up record, a collaboration with Ibn Inglor and Tre Capital.
"Broke The Rim" is an aggressive record, with hollow plucking production from Mathaius and Martin $ky. The Indianapolis native has his verses broken up between interludes, the first from Ibn and the second, closing out the song, from Tre. It's far from your typical song structure.
