It's looking like Master P and his soon-to-be-ex-wife Sonya Miller will not be having a friendly divorce. We first reported the hip-hop couple were getting a divorce back in October and since that time, we've learned Mrs. Miller is on welfare and was forced to move in with her son (Lil) Romeo.

The beefing between P and Sonya continues today as TMZ reports that Sonya Miller filed an emergency custody order today in court, in an attempt to get her children back. She apparently thinks that Master P abducted their children one at a time. She claims he first took their 13-year old son Hercy after picking him up from school in February, following which he nabbed their 9-year old Mercy in March. Their 17-year old daughter, Tytyana, ran off to live with her dad around the same time and refuses to return. Only one of their daughters, 14-year old Italy, has remained with her mother.

Seeing as the couple only filed for divorce recently, there have been no regulations in place regarding custody or visitation. Thus Sonya asked the judge to grant her full physical custody, at least for the time being.

A judge has denied Sonya's emergency custody request though, and will wait to make a call on the matter during their court hearing in July.

[UPDATE: Master P and his children respond to their mother's allegations of abduction]

Yesterday we reported on Sonya Miller's claims that Master P abducted their children and refuses to return them. Sonya went to court and attempted to file an emergency custody order, although it was denied by the judge.

Now Master P has responded to these accusations with a YouTube video where he shows all his "abducted" children on camera, and asks them whether or not they want to stay with him or their mother. They all answer they want to stay with their father.

They admit during the video that Sonya is dealing with drug and alcohol addiction. Master P also released the following statement:

"This is embarrassing for me and my family, we've always lived a private life. I've been dealing with this problem with her for over 24 years and I'm not holding it in anymore. I've stayed by her side for many years, hoping that she would grow and change for the better especially for our kids' sake but after two decades; I realize that I can't change her, I can only change myself.

It's not healthy for kids to grow up in a home where they can easily access drugs and alcohol. The reason I've moved on is to provide a peace of mind for myself and to provide a stable and healthy environment for my kids. She may be my ex-wife but I will always love and care for her well-being, she is the mother of my kids. I would never turn my kids against their mom, they love her, she just needs help. I'm going to put it in God's hands and pray for her. When she's ready, I'll send her to rehab and hopefully, our kids will be more comfortable around her and if they choose to live with her, I'm good with that. For all the people that are buying into the negative gossip, I'm not perfect and I have nothing to prove. My kids are my priority, I will continue to take care of my kids and I don't need a judge or a lawyer to tell me to."

The YouTube video P posted has since been removed.
