Mary J. Blige was a guest on The Breakfast Club the other day, where she spoke on recording her new album The London Sessions in, you guessed it, London. It sounds as though the entire experience she had in London was therapeutic. Following up her new single "Whole Damn Year" which we just heard yesterday, Mary is back with the soulful "Therapy."
