The young rapper turned 29-years-old and he wanted to make sure he made some memories, spending late nights with some of the industry's most popular characters. Tommy Lee, who helped MGK out with his role in The Dirt, and Marilyn Manson were also at his party and one of the gifts that Manson gave to the Ohio rapper is pretty shocking.

Manson appears to have kept one from his Halloween batch to gift to his buddy MGK for his birthday and the star seemed shocked to be receiving such a wild present.
