An Oklahoma City Taco Bell is dealing with an usual customer service problem. On New Year's Eve, a man who ordered through the drive-thru (his order was not specified) was unhappy with the amount of sauce on his food: he claimed there was not enough.

Sergeant Gary Knight of the Oklahoma City police described the incident: "It appears that there was some type of confrontation with an employee through the drive-thru. A man was complaining about not getting enough sauce, or not getting any taco sauce and was very upset." So far so good; a taco should certainly have the right amount of sauce on it. On the other hand, Taco Bell employees don't get paid enough to get shot at with a semi-automatic pistol.

After shooting through the window, Knight says,"the suspect then entered the business, got out and came inside the business. The employees locked themselves in the bathroom. He apparently left. It's unclear exactly what he did while he was in there as they were hiding,”

The sergeant also shared this piece of wisdom about the whole incident: "any time you've got people inside of a business and some person decides, for whatever reason, to fire bullets into that business, makes for a very dangerous situation."
