"Avian" is one of the self-produced standouts from Mac's 2013 sophomore effort, Watching Movies With The Sound Off, and the psychedelic vibes present in the recording translate well to the video.
The humor, absurdity, and jarring visual nature of video is akin to Mac Miller's stoned infatuation with adult swim and the Netflix nature specials.
Mac himself does not appear in the visual, and instead a monk-like character provides the straight face delivery of the rapper's stream of consciousness flows. The camera perpetually spins, creating a disoriented feeling to the already trippy clip.
