Lunice has been mastering his craft, which is quite evident in the remix to Joji's "Demons." The Montreal producer gives the song his own personal touch with a bouncy, electronic mix and blaring synths. The rework is a big departure from Joji's smooth sound on the original and, while some remixes miss the mark, Lunice hits a home-run here.
The 88rising crew has been hard at work lately with the release of Amen, the debut effort by Rich Brian (formerly known as Rich Chigga) and Joji is not playing around either, riding off of the success of the In Tongues EP. Lunice produces some magic and it may be dope to see him collaborate with the crew more often. Regardless, we can expect some new Lunice vibes from his duo TNGHT with Hudson Mohawke as they've been cooking something up since 2017.
