Not everyone is built for radio freestyles. With many rappers experimenting with melody and cadence, the age-old practice of spitting a 16 does not come as a natural outlet the way it once did.
Logic, on the other hand, is one rapper who is always ready to deliver a verse on command, whether it be densely pre-written, or simply off the dome.
The Maryland emcee tries out both approaches in his new freestyle for DJ Tony Touch, reaching back to April's "Roll Call" freestyle, before getting into some authentically improvised rhymes.
