Kirk Knight looks to his heroes with "Black Noise."

Kirk Knight has the beat heads covered today, as the talented beatsmith drops his debut instrumental album Black Noise.

Kirk Knight told the following to The FADER about his reasons for making the album:

"I wanted to drop an instrumental album that created a soundscape of my production ... I grew up listening to J Dilla, Madlib and Flying Lotus, and I've always wanted to contribute to the culture of instrumental albums."
