Def Jam artist Mak Sauce tapped Lil Yachty and NLE Choppa to assist him on the remix for his viral hit, "Good Morning." As seems to be the case for so many artists in these modern times, Mak has truly TikTok to thank for putting him on the map. Although the QC signee has been in the game since at least 2017, when he dropped his first EP, Blind To Reality 2, he only really started blowing up around late 2019 when the original version of "Good Morning" founds its way to the video app. A portion of the track turned into a popular "sound" as more and more users began using it in their original content, and ultimately, "Good Morning" would go on to become the No. 1 trending sound on TikTok for a period of time.
Mak is still riding the wave of his viral TikTok fame, and now, he's called on two well-known rappers to put a new spin on the bright and chipper track. "Good Morning (Remix)" utilizes the same childlike beat and bars as the original, with Yachty and Choppa's additional verses only serving to amplify this theme.
