Lil West just dropped off his That's Too Much mixtape to cap off 2015, but he's already on to new things in the new year. Just a few weeks removed from the Yung Milkcrate collaboration, West has delivered "Cakes & Cases," a fluid banger that finds West's slippery vocals seeping into Ryan Jacob and Smitty The BG's otherworldly instrumental, all the pieces coming together in one forward motion.
It's another impressive offering from the 17-year-old rapper, and one that finds him further fleshing out his sound. Look out for plenty more to come from West in 2016. Listen to his latest project here.
