Canadian-bred producer/rapper Night Lovell is gaining some traction for his raps on the blogsophere, but he started out as a producer first and foremost. For those unfamiliar, this dope beat should get you acquainted, with some turnt raps from Lil West.
West has been dropping leaks weekly, however this may be one of his hardest yet. Keep in mind these are throwaway records as we lead up to West's ThatsTooMuch EP, produced entirely by frequent collaborator Yung Milkcrate.
Over Night Lovell's melodic yet dark production, West adds some static to his vocals, paralleling the deep bassline. His braggadocio rhymes are accompanied by trademark ad-libs echoing in the background, which is enough to get you hype, but the production keeps you grounded-- making this a song that works both to turn up or to turn down.
