Being unfit to travel and appear in court, Lil Wayne had decided he will play his deposition video in place of his testimony at his court case for his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III.
After being hospitalized twice in under 24 hours, but assuring fans that he is now doing alright, Lil Wayne will be unable to attend the hearing in his lawsuit against Quincy Jones III over the documentary “The Carter” which Weezy feels unfairly portrays him negatively. Instead Wayne will let his infamous court deposition do the talking for him.
Reports from TMZ say that due to his recent medical emergencies – which were initially suspected of being seizure-like, but later reported as severe migraine and dehydration – Lil Wayne will not be in person for his hearing, and so his lawyer will play video of his deposition.
If you haven’t seen the video, it shows Tunechi acting up and giving sarcastic responses and avoiding questions, and would likely be detrimental for his case if this was the only testimony shown.
