Lil Wayne settled with David Kirkwood out of court, for an undisclosed amount.

Lil Wayne has settled a lawsuit with producer David Kirkwood over his album Tha Carter III, TMZ reports.

The $1.5 million lawsuit over the song "Love Me or Hate Me," for which Kirkwood says he was owed unpaid royalties, has been resolved out of court. Initially Weezy asked the judge to dismiss the case, but eventually settled for an undisclosed amount.
