Red City claims that when Lil Wayne failed to show up, they sent cops to his room who found him unconcious. However, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Weezy claims this isn't true-- "At no point [that night] did I become so intoxicated that I passed out on a bed in my suit, or anywhere else."

He says the real reason he didn't perform was because the show was cancelled-- he can't remember why exactly, he thinks a lighting or sound problem.

Wayne is now asking the court to make a judgement in his favour.
