In the summer Chief Keef caught some serious heat after he tweeted some insensitive tweets after a rival Chicago rapper, Lil JoJo, was gunned down. Police have since been investigating the young rapper in regards to his involvement in the murder, and now Lil JoJo’s mother has said on record that she believes Keef was behind her son’s killing.
In an interview with BET, Robin Russel, Lil JoJo’s mother, says that while she does not believe that Chief was the one who pulled the trigger and killed her son, she definitely believes that he was behind it, and could have even paid someone off. She also adds that she is fearful for her own life.
Russel says, “Chief Keef [is responsible]...I don't believe him, himself pulled the trigger but I believe he paid somebody to do it. The mourning mother adds, “I would like justice to come from this and to show kids it's a better way to get an education and yes, I fear for my own life. [Police] have a couple leads, they're still working on it."
