Lil Durk went on Instagram today to give fans a preview of a collab he's got on deck with Young Thug. In the clip, Durk sings along with what sounds like the hook, on which Thug namedrops both 2Pac and GuWop. One can hear Durk rapping a few seconds of a verse before the clip ends, and though it's just a snippet, this ish is sounding very hot.
It just so happens Thug shared a different collab with Lil Durk a week ago via his own Instagram. Unsurprisingly, it's also sounding fire. "SS3 OTW," Thug wrote in the caption, revealing that the collab will appear on his upcoming Slime Season 3 mixtape. As for the track Durk played today -- it's unclear what project that will end up on.
With both of these collabs, fans are gonna want a joint mixtape between Durk and Thug. Of course, Thugger fans have more than enough joint tapes to look forward to -- or, perhaps, to get their hopes up for. Offset of Migos recently revealed that Lyor Cohen, CEO of 300 Entertainment, barred the release of Migos Thuggin, which doesn't bode well for the two rumored projects Thug has with Fetty Wap as well as Post Malone.
