The NBA season is less than one month away, training camp is in session, and the rookie hazing has officially begun.
The Los Angeles Lakers recently hosted their annual Rookie Talent Show out in Santa Barbara which featured karaoke performances by all of the incoming crop of talent, including their top pick, Brandon Ingram. Wearing his finest poodle costume, Ingram serenaded the crowd with a rendition of Rihanna's "Diamonds."
Julian Jacobs attempted Katy Perry's "Roar," Ivica Zubac delivered an atrocious version of Beyonce's "Single Ladies" and Zach Auguste crushed a performance of Vanessa Carlton's "A Thousand Miles" which is apparently a low-key favorite in NBA circles. Except for Carmelo that is.
