After the first leg of the XXL Freshman Freestyle cyphers dropped, many felt that Kyle came through with the hardest verse. And while nobody actually expects artists to go off the dome for these "freestyles," it's always interesting to see whether they come through with original or recycled material. In Kyle's case, a Reddit user pointed out that the bulk of his cypher verse verse stemmed from a 2015 collaboration with Sam King called "David Blaine."

Kyle wouldn't be the first artist to dig into the vaults for a XXL cypher verse, and he won't be the last. Which begs the question: do you feel like artists using previously released verses undermines the whole point of the cypher, or do you feel like anything is fair game? Who else has recycled verses for the XXL Cypher?
