Kennedy "K-$hellz" Shelton is a native of Port Arthur, TX, also known as the "Land Of The Trill". Born on September 25, 1985, he grew up listening to a wide variety of different artists as a child. "My homies that I used to kick it with were always buying new albums every week... I guess that's why I listen to everything now... they didn't just limit themselves to one kind of music!", stated K-$hellz. The southern lyricist is often accused of having identity crisis because of his diverse style of lyrics and beats. His flashy punchlines and metaphors give his flow an identity of its own. On November 25, 2006, K-$hellz landed a feature on the Beanie Sigel project entitled "Still Public Enemy #1". The young artist had a 12 bar verse on the song entitled "All Nite", and a chorus on the following track. This was means of exposure for K-Shellz in other states because the cd was released in select stores and received great feedback from critics. One of the many projects from K-$hellz is the mixtape entitled "Bottom Of The Map: Vol. 1". This project was done in collaboration with one of his close friends, Rico Montana. It features other artists such as George Young (Houston) and Steve T. (Port Arthur). On March 8, 2007, K-$hellz along with Dennis "D-FIFE" Hanna, Keith "Rico Montana" Roberts, and Arron "AD" Hyder founded 100% Certified Entrepreneurs. Being a co-founder and a featured artist in the group, K-$hellz keeps his hands full with recording, writing, mixing, and producing; as well as making wise, business-minded decisions. K-Shellz hopes to be categorized among the elite artists of the hip hop game. His love for music and his work ethic cannot be denied. With the help of God, and his fans, he will continue to strive to be the best! 100% CERTIFIED ENT. "We get it in!"
