Trouble seems to follow Kodak Black at every corner. The rapper is accused of putting his hands on a Miami strip club employee. The woman claims he "approached her and started acting belligerent."
"He began to punch her numerous times all over her body and then kicked her, stopping shortly after," according to a report gathered by the Sun Sentinel.
They say the Florida Department of Corrections has added the accusations to the list of ways it is accusing Dieuson Octave, 19, of breaking the terms of his house arrest. Apparently, the rapper hailed her around 3 a.m. while she worked. A report states Kodak "hit her in the forehead with his right arm" when she told him to back off. She tried to push him away to no avail; that's when she claims he got violent.
She notified the police on her next shift, at 8 p.m. that same day. The allegation is listed as a misdemeanor battery. Kodak is scheduled to be back in court on April 19 to determine whether he'll be released or sentenced to more jail time. His debut studio album Painting Pictures dropped last Friday.
