NBA All-Star voting has only just gotten underway but Anta, the Chinese sportswear brand that reps a number of NBA stars including Klay Thompson, is banking on Klay getting an invite to New Orleans this February.
The "All-Star" version of Klay Thompson's Anta's KT 2 has surfaced and it features a very "Big Easy" Mardi Gras vibe which is a fitting tribute to the host city.
It's not uncommon for brands to produce All-Star sneakers in advance of the roster's official unveiling, in fact we saw it just last year when Nike unveiled the "All-Star" Kyrie 2 even though Kyrie Irving wasn't selected.
