Meet King Mez, a native of Raleigh, North Carolina. Ever since the ~internet~ we've had access to artists from across the map with the click of the button. Sounds aren't restricted to borders any more, and that's made it possible for artists to come out of locations we might not normally associate rap with, like North Carolina. After J. Cole blew up, we've seen more MCs slowly creep out of North Carolina, such as Deniro Farrar, more recently we introduced you to WELL$, plus this dude right here.
Obviously there is some talent hidden within North Carolina. Mez has three past mixtapes to his name, and yesterday he hit fans with his most polished work yet, a free album titled Long Live The King. Production comes from Ishi, !llmind, Tim Suby, Rich Musik, Deputy and more.
