Word to King Los, his long awaited album delivers on the promise he's displayed. As the album title suggest, Los describes Baltimore as a continuous grind, but unlike other auteurs describing life in his city, Los explores the hardship and the joys. Los breaks down human experience in a way that really speaks to his introverted self. That isn't to say he won't turnup on occasion. Songs like "Dey Geekin" and "Dope Dealer" go off like a sprinkler.

410 Survival Kit makes good use of King Los' black book. Features are grouped according to their appropriate "fit," like Yo Gotti and O.T. Genasis on a record about trapping, and Tate Kobang & more localized talent on songs relating to Baltimore or regional charm. the album also features the likes of Swizz Beatz, Lola Monroe and Wiz Khalifa, so be sure to play close attention for baton passes. King Los is very much in mid season form on 410 Survival Kit.
