King Los surprised fans today with the release of a new mixtape, Moor Bars, containing all new music and serving as a very efficient follow-up to last weekend's mixtape, G.O.A.T. Tape.
The rapper, once a Bad Boy signee, doesn't go it alone for the length of Moor Bars-- he brings along a few lyrical-minded MCs for the ride, including two of his ilk on "Everybody's a Bitch." Royce Da 5'9" and Hopsin provide added ammunition over the lowkey, minimal production. The record is more an exercise in bars, making the beat an afterthought.
