Khori4 makes his HNHH debut with the video for "Paradox," the title track off his upcoming project Paradox EP, set to drop in April. The St. Louis rapper recorded the track in the immediate aftermath of a breakup with his longtime girlfriend.
"'Paradox' is basically the raw emotions I released immediately after the break up,” Khori4 told 2DopeBoyz. “This EP is completely about my life in 2014, and the many paradoxes that occurred, events that I predicted."
On "Paradox" producer Bill C Da Don slows down the sample from Schoolboy Q's "Blessed" and then overlays it with crisp hi hats, giving the track a feeling of both introspection and forward momentum. As Khori proclaims in the chorus: "I just wanna let you know this year my year."
