Kevin McCall came up alongside Chris Brown as one of his primary songwriters, and he was a featured artist on songs like "Deuces." Now, it looks like he's making moves in his solo career, showcasing his ability to both rap and sing. He sang the hook on "Neva Had Shit," a recent collab with Gucci Mane, and it's clear his primary talents lie in Chris Brown-esque R&B club hits.

"Money Up," though, has McCall slow-rapping stylishly and deliberately over a trap-heavy production from Coop the Truth. Let us know what you think of McCall as he prepares to make serious career moves in 2015.

Quotable Lyrics

I wish I was heartless
Sometimes I wish I was heartless
I reach for the light, but I live in the darkness
