Kevin Gates has a brand new project on the way. By Any Means, his follow up to last year's Stranger Than Fiction is set to drop March 18th, which also happens to be the day we'll see YG's My Krazy Life, and Freddie Gibbs and Madlib's Pinata.
Last week, he premiered the first leak from the project-- the Dun Deal-produced "Amnesia", which came complete with a posthumous verse from the late Doe B.
While Kevin was rapping his ass off that track, "Get Up On My Level" sees him getting a little more melodic, performing his own call and response between his gravelly baritone, and a higher, almost strained vocal take, before launching into a very personal rap in the third verse.
