"How they got a nickname and ain't played no games together?"
Shortly after the Philadelphia Sixers drafted Markelle Fultz with the #1 overall pick in the NBA Draft last week, Joel Embiid approved a new nickname for the team's young core: "FEDS."
Fultz, Embiid, Dario, Simmons.
Word about the FEDS spread around the league, which had Kevin Durant questioning how they got a nickname if they haven't even played any games together yet.
KD later clarified on twitter that he wasn't slighting Fultz, Embiid, Dario and Simmons, rather he just isn't a fan of the FEDS nickname.
