Thousands of people attend the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival to catch a glimpse of their idols, one of the biggest music festivals in the world. This year will be no different -- perhaps even better. Headliners Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar will  join crowd favorites Future, Gucci Mane, Travis Scott and ScHoolboy Q in Indio, California.

This year's stacked with Hip Hop and R&B performers -- unlike its 2016 lineup that was rather thin in terms of rap music.

Other artists in the lineup include Mac Miller, Tory Lanez, DJ Khaled, Lil Uzi Vert, Kaytranada, Majid Jordan, Nav, GoldLink, Kehlani, Raury, Sampha and Denzel Curry.

The festival, spread over two weekends from April 14 to 16 and April 21 to 23, features delicious food and world class art. Passes go on sale on Wednesday.
