Kehlani just shared her new mixtape, You Should Be Here, and while it's difficult to choose a favorite, "Jealous" is certainly one of the most immediate records of the bunch. A ballad dismissing social climbers in the industry, the tight pop gem has now been re-envisioned by No Sleep, a producer who's been collecting quite a following on SoundCloud recently.
Kehlani's floating vocals and the Pittsburgh beatmaker's warm synth sounds are a pretty natural combination, so we're hoping the two we'll do some more work in the future. For now, we'll be playing this one throughout the weekend. Catch the singer on tour this summer.
