KC Ruskii's latest "Hood Rich" track is an ode to his personal struggle, highlighting the rapper's journey with homelessness as a teenager and in the track's video, Ruskii sits down to deliver on a message before introducing viewers to theclip.
"What you're about to see if a true story," he begins. "When I was fifteen I was homeless. it was really hard. I was sleeping from house to house with my cousin sometimes, with my friends sometimes. It's crazy because their families took me in. Even though I'm not blood, they took me in and they treated me like one of their own [...] If y'all going through something and you down and out, down bad, just hold on, because if I can do it, you can do it, too."
