"3 new jawns on my SoundCloud," tweeted Kaytranada earlier tonight. Indeed, the Montreal beat wizard's famous SoundCloud page is host to three new tracks, which Kaytra says are "just beats" and not intended for any particular project. One beat is titled "38," one is called "SUS," and the other is untitled. All three beats were constructed this year. Listen below.

Kaytranada released his critically acclaimed debut album, 9.99%, last year. The album found the expert DJ embarking on a dancefloor-ready adventure, seamlessly fusing hip-hop, house, jazz, and R&B. Across the 15-track project are collabs with GoldLink, Anderson .Paak, Syd, Little Dragon, and more. Stream it here

He's found himself on some big-time hip-hop records, too. Just this year, Kaytra produced three tracks on GoldLink's At What Cost ("Have You Seen That Girl?," "Hands On Your Knees," and "Meditation"), landed backing vocals on Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. ("Lust"), and teamed up with Compton rapper/singer Buddy for a joint EP called Ocean & Montana. Most recently, he got a credit ("Baby Girl") on No Mountains in Manhattan, the debut album from Ratking member Wiki.

Kaytranada has also produced for Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, Chance the Rapper, Vic Mensa, Mick Jenkins, and Freddie Gibbs. List out your favorite Kaytra beats/original productions in the comments.
