The artist Karizmatik/Akklayme was born and raised on the westside of Chicago. He noticed his gift to rap and passion for hip hop at the age of 15. He's been rapping for a while and has opened up for former G.O.O.D. Music artist GLC, 1st and 15th artist Gemini, and Mikkey Halsted. He was featured on two compilations both hosted by the artist 8Ball and the Source Magazine affiliate Bay D. He was also featured in the Coast2Coast Magazine. He is currently working on his debut double album titled "Best Rapper's Threat". He is putting the finishing touches on his mixtape "Concealed Deadly Weapon" and has just finished his first mixtape "Lochness From the Midwest" and an EP titled "Made for Champs". He's working on a mixtape with his fellow artist D-Low, Jay Savage and Young Wop along with working with the artist Rowdy Quick.
