Kanye West Has 90 Bars Written For His Track With Kendrick Lamar

2016 has been a pretty crazy time for Kanye West fans. The year kicked off with "FACTS," a divisive track that instilled doubt in some listeners, but was later redeemed by a release date for SWISH and a new weekly series of music. "New Friends" was the second release of this nature, and it got a largely positive response, but when the time to release another track rolled around a week later, there was no sign of it.

Kim Kardashian, who originally announced the GOOD Friday-esque series, seems to have caught on to the impatience of the internet, and decided to give fans an update on Ye's next release.

"I soooo didn't mean to lie to you guys about GOOD FRIDAYS coming back. Kanye flew to Italy for a Yezzy Season 3 fitting.," she said on Twitter, revealing that his go-to engineer, Noah Goldstein had gone long to get some work done. "He flew Noah out with him so he could finish "No More Parties In La" & wrote 90 bars on the plane there!!! This is the 1st song ever with Kanye & Kendrick Lamar! He just landed & headed straight to the studio to finish it!!!".

Needless to say, this is great news, and certainly worth a few more days of waiting. Of course, "No Parties in L.A." was a snippet attached to last week's "Real Friends" track, and it sounded pretty great.

In possibly related news, Lil Wayne was also in Italy for a performance this weekend. Is there any chance he got in the lab with 'Ye while he was there? That may be too good to be true.
