Kanye West just settled a lawsuit last month over unathorized samples, and now according to AllHipHop, he is being hit with another.

West is being sued for $500,000 by The Persuaders' (a 1970s New York R&B group) Robert "Bobby" Pointdexter. The suit was filed on March 27th, and in it West is accused of using the group's song "Trying Girls Out" for his "Freshman Adjustment 2" mixtape.

Pointdexter claims that West has previously refused out-of-court settlements.
