Joyner Lucas earned himself a boatload of new fans when he delivered one of the best cypher freestyles at the BET Hip Hop Awards earlier this month. Riding that wave, he links up with the venerable Busta Rhymes for new track "Jumanji."
The first 3/4 of the song feature Lucas going IN over an earth-rattling jungle beat by Nox Beatz. Towards the end, Busta Rhymes arrives to drop a verse of his vintage rapidfire flow, which he prefaces with "Yo Joyner, let me show you how to keep the dice rolling when you rolling that dice on that Jumanji game." Jumanji = a metaphor for the rap game?
