Juicy J continues his prolific run with yet another mixtape, following up 2017's Highly Intoxicated and Rubba Band Business: The Album. His latest effort, SHUTDAFUKUP, features appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Lil Peep, Project Pat and Cardi B, albeit on the previously released "Kama Sutra" track. The bulk of the production is handled by frequent collaborators $uicideboy$, with additional beats from Mike WiLL Made-It, Ben Billions, Danny Wolf, Tay Keith, Murda Beatz & more. Moreso than any other rapper, Juicy J seems to understand how a hip-hop veteran can navigate the current sonic landscape, featuring old guard and up-and-comers with equal respect.

Based on extremely early impression, it seems as if SHUTDAFUKUP isn't quite as raw as his previous $uicideboy$ assisted tape Highly Intoxicated, though it feels notably rawer than Rubba Band Business: The Album. Plus, who'd have ever thought there'd be a collaboration between Juicy J, Wiz Khalifa, and the late Lil Peep? Check out Juicy J's first (and most assuredly not last) mixtape of the year below.
