Last night in the Bronx the New York Yankees officially retired Derek Jeter's #2 uniform in a special ceremony that took place before last night's game against the Houston Astros.
In further celebration, an exclusive pop-up shop called "Jeter's" opened up directly across the street from Yankee Stadium and it was filled with items from Jordan Brand's RE2PECT collection.
Among the commemorative RE2PECT capsule collection, which featured special edition hats, tees and other Jordan Brand accessories, was a "Navy Suede" Derek Jeter Air Jordan 11 PE.
According to J23app, the special edition Air Jordan 11s and the "Jeter" Air Jordan 1s were available via scratch-off lottery, while a custom white-based Air Jordan 1 was available for purchase in limited quantities.
