Joey Purp and Vic Mensa are currently performing shows together, and they recently did two nights back-to-back in NYC. While they were in the city, the Save Money-affiliated rappers took a trip to Sway in the Morning, where they blessed Sway with the mandatory #bars.
The bars don't come right away though, the 46-minute video clip opens up with some conversation between Sway, Vic and Purp, with Vic discussing his desire to get up on Sway in the Morning, and discussing the infrastructure of the rap "industry" as a whole. They're also joined by a kid/fan who DM'd Vic about his new EP There's A Lot Going On-- and obviously Vic responded. Vic explains to Sway why he decided to respond to this kid.
