Joey Bada$$ reveals that "B4.DA.$$" will have production from Hit-Boy, DJ Premier and Statik Selektah, and will also feature Kirk Knight and Chuck Strangers.
Although we haven't heard a first single, gotten a release date or seen artwork from Joey Bada$$' long-awaited debut album, B4.DA.$$, he claims that it's finished. In a new interview with MTV, the de facto Pro Era leader gave just a few hints about what we can expect from the full-length project.
He says that previous collaborators Statik Selektah and DJ Premier have beats on the album, as well as HS87's Hit-Boy, which is pretty exciting news, considering Bada$$' love of boom-bap and the lack of boom-bap beats in Hit-Boy's arsenal.
Bada$$ also reveals that Pro Era cronies Kirk Knight and Chuck Strangers will make appearances.
Watch the full interview below, and stay tuned for more details on B4.DA.$$.
